All sales are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, due to oral care products being personal care goods. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your AVO purchase, please reach out to us by email and let us know why and we promise to make it right!

Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When your order arrives, it is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at hi@avoeverlastingessentials.com with photo proof of damage or defect and we will gladly ship you a new product order.
